About the unit

The Swedish Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Division, FMTIS, has the main task of managing the operation and maintenance of command support systems at all levels of readiness, both nationally and internationally. The unit you will belong to is led from Örebro, but the work is based in Stockholm.

Main tasks

• Support the head of the staff group
• Staff the reception
• Access control
• Mail handling
• Orderly service
• Purchasing

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Approved high school diploma
• Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
• No or mild pet allergy with medication

DESIRABLE

• Good and current knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience working in an administrative function/position
• Completed military basic training
• Experience of staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces or another authority

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and meticulous. You should have the ability to see the whole picture while keeping an eye on the details. It is required that you are results-oriented, service-minded, and can adapt to changing conditions. You also need to have a good ability to work both in a team and independently. Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time.
The position is civilian.
Work location: Stockholm. Business trips may occur, as well as work at irregular hours.
Start date and salary according to agreement.
